Since I started relatively late in my SLife with blogging, I decided to compare myself now to the me I was when I first fell in love with SL. I originally joined in January 2009, but only started logging in regularly in November of that year. Two of the first shops I discovered and loved were Icing and Ingenue, and I loved to dress up in 1920/30/40 stuff. If I remember right, the hat in that pic is from Tesla (their shoes! They were marvellous at the time). I explored a lot – loved the Vagabond sim, anyone remembering it? Good times! 🙂
The today pic is, I think, a typical me – and shows how much everyone creating stuff in SL has upped their game! I prefer today, of course, though I sometimes wish I could get that wide eyed, everything is new curiosity back again…
